1 pound (450g) pizza dough ( flour yeast sugar salt water)
1/2 cup (120 ml) pizza sauce
2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice (e.g. pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, sliced olives, etc.)
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it is about 12-14 inches (30-35cm) in diameter.
Place the pizza dough on a lightly oiled pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Add your desired toppings over the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
