Kuru Fasulye - Turkish beans

If you like beans then this is an easy recipe. The main thing is to use dried beans not canned which lose that great flavour dried beans give. I used an Instapot but you can use a regular pot or slow cooker. Ingredients are simple, carrot onion garlic tomato pastes salt pepper olive oil and beans.

Saute the onions carrots garlic and keep adding with beans going in last. when it's ready beans are soft to chew then you can eat warm or cold with some nice bread.
