Who doesn't love one of the most popular Falafel recipes. Well this is sure to get you so me crunchy tasting Falafel. Good to eat with bread , alone, with yogurt or add your own sauce.
Ingredients: 250 g dried chickpeas soak overnight
1 tablespoon of baking powder or baking soda ( makes it crunchy)
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
6 sprigs Dill or 2 tablespoon dried. Dill,
10 sprigs of parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Olive oil,
Oil for frying can be anything you like olive, hazelnut , veg, canola....
