Got my BBQ essential box from Northrange craft butchers here in Alberta who use local farmers and butcher pack everything in-house to deliver to your door.
The BBQ Essentials box will get you started and you can always add more meats to your order as you like. It's a great way to get it started and see what you enjoy and order more of that. Their sausages made in-house are pretty awesome! Can't wait to get started on the BBQ.
